Tazmin Brits was born on 8 January 1991 in Klerksdorp, North West, South Africa. Before becoming a cricketer, she was into javelin throw. Tazmin had a great influence in her family to play sports professionally. Tazmin was a very good at Javelin Throw, she even represented South Africa in athletics at junior level before becoming a cricketer. But than an unexpected serious car accident happened which completely ruined her javelin career. But she did not gave up and than she focused on playing cricket professionally.
