Early Life
He was born in 1977 and belongs to the Konar village of Rohtas district. Later, his father shifted to Buxar in Bihar.
Career
In 2013, Kishor co-founded Citizens for Accountable Governance (CAG) to prepare for India’s 2014 general election. They created an innovative marketing campaign for Narendra Modi, including Chai pe Charcha discussions, 3D rallies, and social media programs. In 2015, they regrouped as I-PAC to work with Nitish Kumar for the 2015 Bihar Legislative Assembly election. Kishor influenced the campaign strategy, resources, and alliances, and was appointed as an advisor for planning and program implementation. He has worked with other political parties in India, including Amarinder Singh, Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, Arvind Kejriwal, Mamata Banerjee, and M. K. Stalin.
